ICARUS

ICARUS is a spaceship arcade (SHUMP) where you can choose from different spaceships to do battle against almost endless hordes of enemy ships, including the inevitable final bosses in each level.

The controls are perfectly adjusted to the touch screen; your spaceship shoots automatically, and you just have to worry about moving it from one side to the other dodging enemy fire. On the right side of the screen there are several buttons you can use to activate special weapons.

In the beginning of each level you can choose from three different spaceships: Athens, Ares, and Poseidon. Each has its own characteristics, which you can upgrade bit by bit. The higher your score, the more points you have for upgrading your ship later.

ICARUS is a spectacular, frantic, and fun spaceship game. It doesn't give you even a second's respite while you pilot your spaceship, as you'll normally have your screen completely riddled with enemy fire. Gorgeous enemy fire.
